Orders
Below are some of the most common questions about placing an order with us.
If you would like to edit or cancel the items in your order or edit your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that we can only modify your order prior to it being shipped out to you. Once your order is dispatched by our warehouse, we will be unable to make any modifications – we will have to wait until you receive your order to initiate the return process.
- When you pre-order an item, you are charged full price for the pre-ordered item at the time you place your order.
- The pre-order period begins upon the official product pre-order announcement and will be completed on the clearly stated date for each pre-ordered product.
- Production of pre-order items will begin immediately after the pre-order period concludes.
- Estimated delivery dates will be provided to customers during the pre-order process and may be subject to potential manufacturing delays outside of our control. We will notify customers of any potential delays. We will also make every effort possible to meet the provided delivery window.
- Our Warranty, Shipping, and Returns policies apply to all pre-order items once they ship and are delivered to customers.
- We will provide you with a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number as soon as your pre-order is shipped from our warehouse to you.

Shipping

While we would certainly love to ship our items to every single corner of the world, various circumstances prevent us from doing so. If you'd like to know whether we ship to your country, simply add the item to your cart and see if your country is listed in the drop down list of available options.
If your destination country is not listed in the menu, unfortunately, we do not ship to this country.
Yes, we DO SHIP to P.O. Box addresses.
We offer a range of shipping options during checkout, including both standard and expedited shipping. You will be able to see the estimated shipping timeframes during checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days from the date of purchase. While our website operates 24/7, we like to ensure that our warehouse team gets to enjoy their weekend and observe all public holidays, so orders placed on these days will be promptly processed, packed and shipped on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any potential delays will be communicated to you promptly.
We certainly understand how frustrating this is. If you have not received your order but the carrier has marked it as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve this for you.
Returns/Exchanges
Below are some of the most common questions about returns/exchanges.
Although, we make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and fully meet our customers’ expectations, we understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or exchange our product.
If you have decided to return or exchange your purchase, we will be absolutely happy to help you. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- A return must be initiated within no more than 30 days from the delivery date.
- The item being returned must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact – used items ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- The item was not marked as "Final Sale."

- Contact us by using the Contact Form on our site or by email at hi@shopthefam.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to package and send back the item(s). Please note, in order to offer the best returns process experience our customers, the items must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date when the RA number was issued.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and any other accessories that came with it.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- We will process your return within 10 business days of receiving the item. You will be notified via email about the status of your return.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
While refunds typically take five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear on your account once they have been issued, it is important to remember that refund processing times vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
All sales of items marked as "Final Sale" ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition. If you have received a "Final Sale" item in a defective or damaged condition, please follow the instructions for returning DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT listed in our Returns Policy.
