1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. While our website operates 24/7, we like to ensure that our warehouse team gets to enjoy their weekend and observe all public holidays, so orders placed on these days will be promptly processed, packed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any potential delays will be communicated to you promptly.

 

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

We offer a range of shipping options during checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. You will be able to see the estimated shipping timeframes during checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

 

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active and populate within the shipper's tracking system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

 

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order value. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

All orders over $150 ship FREE within the contiguous U.S.

 

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada. If your location is not on this list, please contact our Customer Service team at info@shopthefam.com for assistance.

 

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

If you are placing an international order, please note that customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, and import fees may be imposed by your country's customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT INCLUDED in the product price or shipping cost. If an order is returned to us due to a customer's unwillingness to pay customs duties, the customer will be charged a return to sender fee of $100. 

 

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error.
